Yoga has proliferated on Instagram. Complex inversions and back-bends, perfect photos with fashionable outfits and other Yogagrammers. The threshold for beginners is high, and the aim for this video was to lower it. To show that yoga is accessible for everyone, to get to the roots of what Yoga is about, the concept of disconnecting, of looking inwardly, of being deliberate.
