Alesi gets things done. Fast. She is resourceful, disciplined, and keeps the rest of us on track. Alesi takes our chaos and somehow turns it into something productive. From juggling hundreds of schedules to looking for (and finding) camels to get campus to rappelling down waterfalls, if we need it, Alesi will make it happen. Don’t be surprised if you’re caught asking, “How did you manage that, Alesi?”.

Rob is the creative backbone of The Film Guys, a rare blend of artist and go-getter. His imagination has no limits, he is passionate about his work, he is highly technically skilled in numerous fields, and he always maintains his ‘any problem can be solved attitude’. He’s been behind the camera and the pen for every one of our productions. We still don’t exactly understand how his mind works, though he claims there’s a method to the madness.

Ahmed is the calm in the storm. His patient good humour keeps us going through long hard days. On top of that, he’s really able to connect with the kids we work with, which results in them performing as comfortably as they do in our final products. Oh, he also speaks Mandarin and is an excellent dancer. Ahmed also speaks the lingo of the kids these days, so we keep him on as a translator.

Janek is what one thinks of when you think of a producer. Organised, big-picture focused and flexible. He is also a talented director with a keen creative eye, speaks six languages (or is it seven?) and has the voice of a newscaster. Janek always has unusual and clever ideas that often make their way into our videos.

Rick is the pragmatist. He will find the most effective and most efficient route to any solution. He is in charge of idea production and creative direction, which means his work is where the magic happens, at least, where the magic starts. His originality and commitment to quality is what we brought him on for.

Perhaps best known for his starring role in our King’s Academy video series, Omer is our go-to source of wisdom for all questions related to boarding school admissions. While he is not riding horses, rappelling off clocktowers and sinking no-look three-pointers, he spends his time diligently keeping us posted, informed and entertained.
